Santa Returns to Erickson Bros Tree Farm this Saturday, Dec. 2 from 1pm-3pm!

Santa visited Erickson Bros Tree Farm last Saturday and had so much fun that he decided to return this Saturday, Dec. 2 from 1pm-3pm.  Our new photo booth is a terrific place to take a photo with Santa and your family!  

Children of all ages enjoy watching our model trains!  Challenge yourself or your friends to find all the miniature items on our Train Search!

We are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm.  Choose from hundreds of trees in our fields to cut your own tree or take one from the precut lot - either way, we know you'll find your perfect tree.  After dark - only precut trees available!

We are ready for the 2017 season and here's what's NEW at Erickson Bros Tree Farm this year!

Hours - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 9am to 6 pm

Photo Booths - Visit our photo booth spots to take a holiday family photo! One photo booth is with our large candy canes and the second is near our Civil War era cabin.  Either is a great spot to snap a photo of your family and friends!

Photo with Santa - Santa will be stopping by Erickson Bros on Saturday, Nov. 25 from 1:00-3:00pm.  Come and take a photo with Santa!

Gift Shop - We have expanded our gift shop items featuring beautiful handmade bracelets from Moxie Malas; felted wool items from Misty Meadows Designs; hand painted Dala horses; outdoor greenery items and home decor by Melissa; as well as tree stands and lots of items to decorate your tree and home!

Electronic payments NOW ACCEPTED - We are now able to accept your electronic payments - of course we still take cash!

We look forward to seeing you this holiday season!  The hot cider, hot chocolate, candy canes and ginger snaps are waiting for you!  See our extensive layout of model trains and enjoy doing a Train Search with your children!

Our friendly staff will assist you in your search for the perfect tree!  We have lots of precut trees to choose from and as always - you and your family may wander our fields to choose and cut down your own perfect tree!  We will shake the tree to remove any dead needles (free) and then your tree can be netted if you choose ($1.00 fee).  Our staff will gladly help you tie your tree to your vehicle.

TREE TAGGING - Come early and pick out your tree while the weather is nice - The tag on your tree will hold it until Dec. 2.  

GIFT SHOP - Our Gift Shop will be open with many new gift items to decorate your home for the holidays including:

-Ornaments-Lights-Gift Items-And of course our traditional hot apple cider, hot chocolate, ginger snap cookies and candy canes!    

OUTDOOR GREENERY AND DECOR  

-Decorated wreaths-Swags-Outdoor Planters  *(see below) *Outdoor and indoor arrangements will be for sale at our tagging event and throughout the holiday season.  You can bring in your own containers for custom arrangements (appointment only) or choose from our unique variety that are ready made.   If you have a container from last year’s purchase, you may bring that along and Melissa will create a new mixed greens arrangement for $15.00 (small/med) or $20.00 (large.)  You may contact Melissa at 651-503-3940 to arrange a specific time to meet with her or to drop off your containers.

2017 Hours for Erickson Bros Tree Farm

We are looking forward to another season at Erickson Bros. Tree Farm.  We will be open from 9am to 6 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday beginning Friday, Nov. 24.  We will be open every weekend from Nov. 24 until Dec. 24.

EXTENDED HOURS FOR OUR FINAL WEEK

Erickson Bros. Tree Farm will be open Monday - Friday, Dec. 19-23 from 9am to 6pm.  We still have precut trees and with this extreme cold, you will be able to find a tree quickly!

We will be open until 4pm on Christmas Eve day, Dec. 24.

There are still lots of trees to choose from - stop by before it's too late!

Opening Day 2017 and Hwy 8 is Open!

We are happy to see that Hwy 8 is now officially open all the way to Taylors Falls, MN so there are no worries regarding road construction!!  We are located just east of the new roundabout at the intersection of Hwy 8 and 95.

Today is our opening day and our checklist is done.

Trains are ready to go - check!

Hours are 9am to 9pm with precut sales only after dark.

2016 OPENING DAY - FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 25

Erickson Bros Tree Farm will be open for the season beginning at 9am on Friday, November 25, 2016.  We are located on Hwy. 8 - 3 miles east of Taylors Falls and 3 miles west of Shafer.  We look forward to seeing our returning customers as well as many new friends!  The trains are up and running, wreaths and trees are looking good and we have many items in our gift area.  Hot cider, hot chocolate, ginger snaps and candy canes await you!

Our hours will be expanded this year from 9am to 9pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until Dec. 24.  Cut your own and precut trees are available and our staff will be happy to assist you in tying your tree securely to your vehicle.  Only precut trees will be available for sale after dark or about 5:30pm.  We are still a cash only business - sorry - no credit cards.

Highway 8 has been under construction all summer and we hope it will reopen to Taylors Falls by this weekend. There is a new roundabout at the intersection of Hwy. 8 and 95.   However, even if Hwy. 8 still has a "local traffic only" sign, you can use Hwy. 8 as we are only about 200 yards after the new roundabout.
